About

Medical Record Department, is responsible for proper storage, retrieval and maintenance of confidentiality and security of hospital’s patient record. We have patient record in hard copy as well as Electronic medical records. We have dedicated medical record storage rooms and office area. This department also takes care of the medical reimbursement claims of the patients and generates Death certificates for Institutional Deaths. Institute has dedicated and trained staff for this department.

Ayushman Bharat

Ayushman Bharat: Pradhan Mantri Jan Arogya Yojna or PM-JAY as it is popularly known is a part of ayushman bharat scheme. It is the largest health assurance scheme in the world which aims at providing a health cover of Rs. 5 lakhs per family per year for secondary and tertiary care hospitalization, MPMMCC & HBCH have been providing benefits to ayushman card holders under available treatment packages. We are also providing benefits to Central Armed Police Forces (CAPF) beneficiaries as per the available packages under this scheme.
