All information displayed within the mobile application is securely retrieved from the Hospital's existing Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP)/Hospital Information System (HIS) after successful authentication

The application does not require users to create a separate profile or manually enter personal information for storage. Personal details, medical records, reports, billing information, and other healthcare-related data are not stored within the mobile application. They are securely accessed from the Hospital ERP/HIS based on the authenticated user's role and permissions.

• 1. Secure login using Case Number/Mobile Number with OTP or authorized credentials
• 2. View and download investigation reports
• 3. View billing details, payment status, receipts, and transaction history (where applicable)
• 4. Hospital navigation, patient guidance, instructions, and FAQs
• 5. Appointment reminders, report availability alerts, and important announcements

For Doctors

• 1. Secure login using authorized credentials
• 2. View patient investigation reports
• 3. View Clinical Evaluation Records and other authorized patient information available in the Hospital ERP/HIS

Payments

Where online payment services are available, transactions are processed through authorized payment gateway providers. The application does not collect or store sensitive payment information such as debit/credit card numbers, CVV, UPI PIN, or internet banking credentials.
