• 1. Patient and Doctor login using OTP-based or authorized credential-based authentication.
• 2. Investigation reports and medical records.
• 3. Clinical Evaluation Records (for authorized doctors).
• 4. Billing details, payment status, payment receipts, and transaction history (where applicable).
• 5. Appointment reminders, report availability alerts, and important hospital announcements.
• 6. Patient guidance, hospital navigation, instructions, and FAQs.
• 7. Administrative functions for authorized personnel, including user management, content management, notification management, reports, analytics, and audit logs.

The Mobile Application does not create or maintain an independent repository of patient information. Information displayed in the application is securely retrieved from the Hospital's existing ERP/Hospital Information System (HIS) based on the authenticated user's authorization and access privileges.

Health-related information published through the Website or Mobile Application is intended solely for general awareness and patient education. It should not be used for self-diagnosis, self-medication, or treatment decisions.
