Our HR policies revolve around Talent acquisition & their development in order to build an engaged and performance-driven workforce. The Institution cares for each & every employee and has in-built systems to recognize & reward them periodically. Knowing, motivation plays an important role in HR Development. In order to keep its employees motivated the Institution has incorporated processes such as a Reward and Recognition Scheme and Grievance Management. We also foster a workplace that is free from harassment, where individuals are treated with dignity and respect.

In order to ensure the effective implementation of policies, IT tools are pre-configured with checks and workflows. Effective grievance redressal processes are also structured to keep the trust, respect, and confidence of our team intact. The HR Policies at our workplace includes the Prevention of Sexual Harassment at Workplace (POSH) and Whistle Blower Policy, amongst others.
