The Central Registration Offices (CRO) at HBCH & MPMMCC are the first point of contact for patients, approaching to the hospitals for their treatment. The Central Registration Offices comprises of total 57 staff members and 02 In-charges are providing round the clock services to the patients, through total 36 & 09 dedicated counters at MPMMCC & HBCH, respectively. These services are pre-registration counselling, registration, appointment, token issuance, admission/ discharge, report printing, etc. also, we have 49 House Keeping staff under CRO for patient care.

7. Issuance of Railway Travel Concession.
8. Issuance of Cost Certificate.

11. Enquiry/ May I Help You Desk Services.
12. Patient Crowd Management.
